Her Path in Tech: Empowering Women in AI
Recognizing a critical gap in support for female innovators, I founded Her Path in Tech, a community and event series dedicated to empowering women in the technology industry. This initiative was born from the observation that while many women attended AI workshops, they often hesitated to share their work or pursue entrepreneurial ventures.
As the founder, I managed all aspects of the series, including designing monthly event topics, recruiting senior female speakers from major tech companies, and marketing and hosting the sessions to ensure a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
The impact of this initiative was significant, attracting over 500 cumulative participants and receiving outstanding feedback with an average Willingness to Recommend score of 9.25/10 and a Content Usefulness score of 9.04/10. Most importantly, it cultivated a thriving community where participants collaborate on projects, share job opportunities, and support each other’s career growth.
Her Path in Tech demonstrated that with a dedicated and inclusive support network, women are not just participants but active leaders and innovators in the AI field. This project represents my commitment to building inclusive and scalable platforms that democratize access to AI and entrepreneurship.
